1. Supported Regions

CloudSIM service is available in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada, the United States, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Austria, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Cyprus, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.

Data plans can only be used in the country/region where they were purchased and do not support cross-border usage.

2. Plan Details

CloudSIM data plans are designed for in-car internet use. Choose from various data and duration options tailored to your needs. Compatible with Ottocast Aibox products (e.g., P3/P3 Lite).
All new products come pre-installed with CloudSIM functionality, while earlier models can access it via FOTA upgrades.

3. New User Discount (Before Device Binding)

4. Validity Period

All data plans provide 10GB per month, with each month’s data valid only during that specific calendar month. Data does not roll over—any unused data will expire at the end of each month.

Plans activate upon first use and remain active for the number of months purchased (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plan). During the active period, 10GB is allocated at the beginning of each month. The total data is distributed monthly rather than provided all at once.

For example, a 3-month plan includes a total of 30GB, delivered as 10GB per month over three consecutive months. Even if the data is not fully used in one month, the remaining portion will not carry over to the next.
