Customs-related delay: Some non-EU destinations, such as Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, and Belarus, may be affected by local customs processing.
4) Tracking Your Parcel
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and sync the parcel information.

5) Delivery Attempts & Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Some couriers may deliver without a signature and may leave the parcel in a location they deem safe.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or no recipient being available to receive or sign for the package, a logistics fee of up to 10% of the paid product amount may be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.
6) Taxes & Duties
Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.
If any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are charged by local customs, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless they have already been collected at checkout.
For some destinations, including but not limited to Brazil, India, Mexico, and other countries where duties or taxes may be higher, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees must be paid by the buyer.
