Very good quality and easily connects. Postage very slow but very happy with the screen.

After using Ottocast in another vehicle to enable Apple Car Play without plugging the phone in I thought I would give this a go in another vehicle that didn’t have navigation or Car Play, well….. the result is fantastic, looks good, boots up quickly and works as they have detailed. I use the Aux cord option and it plays back through my current car speakers. If only one small downside it would be you can adjust the volume but no switch between tracks, other than this I give it a 9.5/10.

I have e-mailed your support several times regarding issues with no response. I have now asked for a “return authorization” for this product. If your Support Team does not want to respond to my questions I am very suspect of the quality of this product and the overall future support of this product. I have even left my cell phone number with your Support Team and again there has been no response. Very disappointed.
