Refund Policy
Return eligibility depends on your shipping destination.
For other regions, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
For South Korea, you may request an unconditional return within 7 days after receiving your item. After 7 days, returns for non-quality-related reasons will not be accepted. For quality issues, you may request one replacement within 30 days after receiving the item, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
For Germany, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This applies to returns requested within 1–14 days after receipt for reasons not caused by the seller.
For Taiwan, you may request a return without reason within 7 days after receiving your item. After 7 days, for returns not caused by product-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and applicable processing fee.
*Price adjustment: For orders placed without discount codes, we can only refund the price difference within 24 hours of purchase due to promotional changes.
*Order cancellation handling: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase as long as the parcel has not been shipped. If you request to cancel your order more than 12 hours after payment (and before shipment), a $15 shipment handling fee will be charged to cover warehouse manual handling. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Please review the product information (including compatibility requirements) and the estimated shipping timeline before placing your order. Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, and processing fees depend on your shipping destination and the reason for the return.
1) Seller / product-related reasons: If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us immediately. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to the applicable regional return policy.
For most regions, we will cover or compensate the return shipping costs for confirmed seller- or product-related issues. The shipping compensation amount may vary depending on the order value and the valid shipping receipt provided, and will usually not exceed 15% of the order amount.
For South Korea, quality-related replacement requests within 30 days are limited to one time, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
2) Customer-related reasons : If you initiate a return for reasons unrelated to the seller or product defects, such as change of mind, ordering the wrong model, providing an incorrect address, or compatibility not caused by a product defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the applicable regional processing fee described below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@ottocast.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Fees for customer-related returns: Returns initiated for reasons unrelated to the seller or product defects will incur the following regional processing fees, which will be deducted from your refund:
Germany: 15% processing fee.
Japan: 15% processing fee.
South Korea: KRW 6,000 processing fee.
Taiwan: TWD 900–1,300 processing fee.
Other regions: 20% processing fee. -
Return shipping: For customer-related returns, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. For confirmed product defects or errors on our part, we will cover or compensate the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the applicable regional return policy. The shipping compensation amount depends on the order value and the valid shipping receipt provided, and will usually not exceed 15% of the order amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer-related returns. - Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Refund or Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note: we only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ottocast.com.
